My Period Campaign
Purpose Youth Foundation went to Kumasi, Ghana to sponsor the
"My Period Campaign" in March 2022! We partnered with:
The students at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana were in dire need of feminine hygiene products and hygiene products in general. The KNUST Women's Commission and OIM Ghana organized the "My Period Campaign" and invited Purpose Youth Foundation to speak and provide donations.
The First American Financial, Black Employee Resource Group conducted a hygiene drive to sponsor Purpose Youth Foundation's efforts to donate hygiene products to the students at the KNUST. They raised over 742 products which were donated to the students of KNUST by Purpose Youth Foundation on March 11, 2022.
Also on that day, Purpose Youth Foundation CEO, Lorie James and Ms. Nickeya Hannah, Founder of Hygiene First, presented a phenomenal hygiene presentation.
These young ladies were greatly appreciative of the hygiene wisdom and the hygiene products they received.
Thank you First American Financial, Black Employee Resource Group for your generous hygiene product donations to Purpose Youth Foundation who in turn donated the hygiene products to KNUST students.
